1. What is Amazon Pay Gift Card Balance enquiry portal?
This portal can be used to check the status of Amazon Pay Gift cards, check balance and reissue (extend expiry) of a Gift card which was claimed and has expired.
2. Can I revalidate an Amazon Pay Gift Card which is expired and has zero (0) balance?
An expired Amazon Pay Gift Card with zero (0) balance cannot be revalidated.
3. What does Claimed and Unclaimed status of the Gift card mean?
A gift card which is in claimed status means that the gift card amount is already added to the Amazon Pay balance. An unclaimed gift card means that the gift card is yet to be added to the customer’s Amazon Pay balance.
4. My gift card is about to expire soon. What should I do?
If your gift card is about to expire soon, please use the remaining amount before expiry date.
5. What will happen to my old gift card after revalidation?
The old gift card status will change from expired to deactivated and cannot be used further. A new gift card will be issued for the remaining balance which is unused at the time of expiry.
6. I am unable to get OTP while logging in even after entering correct mobile number.
Please try logging in after some time. In case the issue persists, you can reach out to <woohoo support email>
7. I have exceeded the total number of attempts for OTP generation. What should I do?
If you have exceeded total number of attempts for OTP generation, please try again after 24 hours.
8. Is there a format to enter Gift card code details in small or upper case with or without hyphen(-)
The Gift card code can be entered in small or upper case with or without hyphen (-).
9. Where can I find the Gift card Reference ID.
You can find the reference ID in the reminder E-mails you would have received for your Gift Card expiry from expirynotification@qwikcilver.com.
10. I do not have the Gift card code. What should I do?
You can still continue to check the status/balance using the Gift card Reference ID.
11. I am unable to get the OTP for extending expiry of the gift card. What should I do?
Please note that the OTP for extending expiry of the gift card comes to the mobile number which was originally used to add the Gift card to the Amazon Pay account. In case you are using the same number, and still facing issue, you can reach out to support@woohoo.in
12. I don’t have access to the mobile number now which was linked to the Amazon account where Gift card was added. It is de-activated, switched off, not working.
In case you do not have the mobile number originally used to add the Gift card to the Amazon account, please reach out to reach out to Amazon customer service with Gift card Reference ID for further assistance.
13. How can I get the details of the mobile number which was used to claim the expired Gift Card?
Please note that we cannot share the details of the customer who has claimed the Gift Card. We suggest you check with friends and family about the same.
14. I am unable to extend validity of my Gift Card, what should I do now?
Please check if the gift card is expired and has available balance. In case the gift card has expired and still unable to extend the validity, please email to support@woohoo.in.
15. How can I check the status of my new Gift Card after validity is extended?
You will receive the details of your new Gift Card on your E-mail and SMS. Please add the same to your Amazon Pay balance amount.
16. I have not received the SMS or Email for the revalidated Gift card issued for remaining amount.
Kindly wait for 15 minutes post revalidation of Gift card to get the details. In case you still do not get these details, please email to support@woohoo.in and share the Ticket number mentioned on the success screen of revalidated Gift Card.
17. I have not yet added my Gift card to my Amazon Pay account and it has expired. What should I do?
Please reach out to Amazon customer service for extending the validity of the expired Gift card which has not been added to Amazon Pay balance yet.
